Whew! the name is quite a mouthful eh? π
So, what happens when you walk in a renowned store like M&S and ask for a Cocoa Butter body butter and are instead handed a cocoa butter hand cream? Do you laugh? scream? smile at the SA’s mistake?Β Read further to know what I did…..

M&S pampering cocoa butter moisturising hand and nail cream
When I asked for a travel size cocoa butter body butter from an M&S SA, she quickly handed me the cocoa butter hand and nail cream. Good for me I checked the label and spotted the mistake. I actually wanted to give her a piece of my mind because first, she is an SA for a coveted store and should know what she is handing to a customer and secondly, this cream is strictly meant to be used for hands and nails-probably too harsh for the facial skin?
But to my surprise I actually smiled (moi-smile at a mistake??? π ) and politely asked her to get the body butter for me. Sadly, the ‘desired product’ was unavailable (hmph!) but still I went ahead and bought this little tube.

A blob of the cream

Blended
This was the first time I was using a hand cream as generally the skin on my hands remain supple throughout the year. But as the season was changing the skin around my nails had developed ‘splinters’ . Honestly, I wasn’t hoping to see any ‘special’ effect of this cream. But I did use this product religiously for a week and to my surprise I discovered the splinters had gone leaving a smooth skin around my nails! What’s more, this cream had pushed the cuticle nicely to their ‘designated’ place so my nails looked nice and neat π
And so the little mistake got me a new product that actually worked!
