L’oreal Color Riche Divine Wine  is a mauve shade with no shimmer but isn’t matte finish. It is super moisturizing and a very beautiful color-ideal for workplace as well.

The lipstick has a luxurious texture, very smooth, moisturizing and makes the lippies look juicy  :)It stays on for about 2 hours with minimal eating and drinking and leaves a very faint color behind.

The Color Riche collection has many beautiful shades for our skin-tones- so you can find one that suits you. Its misturizing formula makes it ideal for winters.

My Views:

Yays:

  • Luxuriously rich and super moisturizing formula
  • Beautiful packaging
  • Nice selection of color in this range
  • Divine Wine is especially apt for our skintone

Nays:

  • My lipstick broke…that too in winters!! 😦
  • Expensive
  • Low staying power

Score:

4/5

I still like this color and find the Color Riche lipsticks ideal for dry winters. Hope you like my review, don’t forget to comment below.

Cheers,

Maitri

First ever product review-L’oreal Paris Color Riche Le Vernis no. 613 Blue Reef

12 Sep

Hi beautiful people,

So here’s my first ever ‘beauty’ product review-the super glamorous L’oreal Paris color riche le vernis -just the name is so gorgeous so it is alright to have high expectations from it. So read on to find out more…

I had read about these new ‘species’ of nail polish in another beauty blog and after checking out a few pictures I zeroed on my favourite color-teal.

Here’s what L’oreal Paris has to say about these nail paints:

With a formula that combines rich pigments, pearlescents and optical effects, L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Le Vernis offers an extensive collection of 36 modern and fashionable shades. The mini 5ml bottle allows every woman to mix and match her favourite hue.

(As per http://www.lorealparis.com.au)

Gorgeous color ain’t it 😉

I had been looking for a colour like this and honestly had a hard time getting it. Surprisingly, I got this baby at the humble Health and Glow store 🙂

The colour comes out best with two coats. You can apply a coat of clear polish on top for a super luxurious look 🙂

Report Card 😀

The Positive:

  • Gorgeous colour-very unique
  • Wide brush for flawless one-stroke application
  • Luxurious packaging

The not-so-positive:

  • Price-too high especially for the quantity
  • Colour started fading from the tips within a couple of days 😦

All in all I am happy with this shade, hoping to get a few more of these beauties.

Hope you found this review helpful, let me know if there are other points that I can include in my next review 🙂

See you later 🙂
